MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Purchase Commitment
In exchange for the discounts and benefits offered through our memberships, a one-year minimum purchase commitment is required upon sign-up with automatic renewal until cancellation.
 
Schedule & Notices
In accordance with our release schedule, membership orders are fulfilled in September, December, February, and May. Email notification will be sent approximately one month before release dates. Please verify info[at]avennia.com is set on your email safe list, to ensure receipt of our notifications and reminders. Your credit card will be charged for the wine prior to the release date.
 
Pickup Orders
You may choose to have your order held for pickup in Woodinville and it will be guaranteed for 90 days. After this time, we reserve the right to send your order to you via UPS ground shipping, at your expense.
 
Shipping Orders
Shipments will be sent via UPS ground shipping and are billed separately. Charges depend on membership level. Please contact us if you would like a quote for expedited shipping.
 
Shipping Window and Weather Holds
During hot or cold seasons, shipments will be held until weather allows, which varies greatly by state.
 
Shipping Addresses and Modifications
A business address is preferred, as adult (21+) signature is required by law for the delivery of alcohol. Packages cannot be left without signature and pre-authorization is not possible; an adult must be present to sign for the shipment. We are unable to refund shipping charges for failed deliveries, so please verify your shipping addresses carefully. All delivery re-routing will be done at the customer’s expense and all returned orders are subject to a restocking fee.
 
Cancellations
Written notice of cancellation is required (email info[at]avennia.com).  Early cancellation requests will be charged a fee.
