Every wine is a story waiting to be told; our philosophy is to gently guide it to its best expression. Gravura is dedicated to the artisan aspect of winemaking. This blend is inspired by the wines of the Graves region in Bordeaux, emphasizing balance, complexity, and above all, deliciousness.

Winemaker's Tasting Note: "Starts with a lively bouquet of red currants, Damson plum, Amarena cherries, violets, pencil shavings, and rich milk chocolate notes. Seamless and balanced on the palate, with a freshness indicative of the vintage. This wine finishes with rich red and black fruits, anise, desert sage, and rich mocha powder. While tasting delicious out of the gate, short term cellaring will bring together the components. It will age nicely for 8-12 years." - Chris Peterson, Winemaker
