Tasting Notes
"This young wine is showing primary aromas of macerated black cherry, plum, black currant reduction, dark cocoa nibs, thyme, tobacco leaf, with hints of crushed roses and minerals. Palate-coating, firm, and concentrated in body, with intense dark red fruits, Ethiopian espresso powder, crushed dried herbs, and earthy minerality on the long finish. This is a blockbuster wine that will benefit from some time in the cellar. Look to start trying this in 3-5 years, and enjoy over the coming 20-30 years." - Chris Peterson, Winemaker
