Tasting Notes
"This wine is a brooding beast lying in wait. Swirling the glass leads to aromas of black fruits, concentrated Crème de Cassis, deep seductive notes of Black Forest cake, river minerals, crushed herbs, black olive, Ethiopian coffee, and Alpine wildflowers. Dark and beguiling, with a lot of structure and concentration, making it a wine ideal for the cellar, or a good few hours in the decanter. Drink 2028-2050." - Chris Peterson, Winemaker
