Tasting Notes
"Black raspberry, black currant, plum, Baker’s chocolate, licorice pastille, dusty earth, and graphite. Very balanced on the palate, with black currant reduction, Baker’s chocolate, Ethiopia roast coffee, and crushed stone. There’s a fine, chiseled structure to this wine that sets it apart. It will benefit from a few years in the cellar, but promises to improve for many years to come. Drink 2028-2048." - Chris Peterson, Winemaker
